Position Overview

DAS Technology Services is a rapidly growing company that designs, constructs and commissions in-building DAS systems and offers end-to-end solutions including monitoring, maintenance and repair. Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, audits, cash flow management, internal controls, and compliance. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing critical financial insights to drive business decisions and ensure long-term sustainability and growth. You will also oversee the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite and train the team on NetSuite afterwards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts.
• Perform variance analyses and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of the books (monthly / quarterly / year-end).
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and federal / state tax regulations.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to support operations.
• Optimize working capital by managing receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Oversee migration of accounting data from QuickBooks to NetSuite and train the team on the new accounting software.
• Establish and maintain internal control systems to safeguard company assets; develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee ERP / financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite); present financial data and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario planning to support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and project management.
