About the role :
We are seeking a highly analytical and responsive professional to join our team as a Business Process & BI Support Analyst. This role ensures the integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of a complex, multi‑stakeholder workflow managed through our proprietary platform, OrderBahn. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen, customer‑facing communication skills, and a strong understanding of document automation and data extraction to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate end‑to‑end process execution within our proprietary platform, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Respond immediately to incoming requests and alerts via Jira, email, and chat, triaging and escalating as needed.
- Track and document all activities, exceptions, and resolutions in Jira, maintaining clear audit trails and time logs.
- Oversee document intake and processing using OCR tools ensuring accurate extraction of key fields and metadata.
- Validate extracted data against expected values and escalates discrepancies or automation failures.
- Analyze data discrepancies, delays, and exceptions across all project stages.
- Generate and interpret reports on process performance, including turnaround times and compliance within the process.
- Communicate findings and resolutions clearly to internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and service‑level expectations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports.
- Understand workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.Experience with BI / reporting tools and dashboard creation.Familiarity with Jira for task tracking, documentation, and time logging.Proven background in customer support or client‑facing roles, especially in technical or operational environments.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent tasks.Basic understanding of APIs and programming logic.Basic knowledge with OCR tools and document automation platforms.Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting structured reports.Experience with process mapping tools.Excellent communication skills in both technical and non‑technical contexts.Preferred Qualifications
