Descripción del trabajoGestione e organizzazione del lavoro dell'assistenza direzione vendite. Reportistica e analisi dati a fine mese da condividere con il proprio responsabile e il team di vendita (su performance, formazione, ecc.). Formazione del team sales : dall'onboarding ai refresh formativi periodici. Controllo e validazione dei contratti clienti inseriti nel CRM. Punto di riferimento per tutti i concorsi commerciali sia internazionali sia nazionali. Avviamento del progetto sul nuovo CRM in Italia, in collaborazione con i colleghi dell'HQ. Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato (CCNL Multiservizi). Premio annuale in base a performance e risultati aziendali. Assicurazione sanitaria. Esperienza di gestione di persone, quindi leadership e capacità di coaching. Capacità di gestione dello stress. Esperienza nel project management. Laurea in economia e commercio, business administration, sales&marketing management (ad es.). Conoscenza della lingua inglese, di base almeno B2. MS Excel come punto di riferimento; conoscenza di MS Office (Power BI è il nostro "must have"). Mindset da "data miner".
