Contract Type : Fixed Term - Contracted Location : Colombia JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Regional Director to spearhead our student recruitment efforts across Latin America for those aspiring to study in the UK and USA.
Based in Colombia, you will lead and support our expanding regional team (currently in Mexico and Brazil), cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, drive student enrollment, and play a key role in advancing our growth strategy across the region.
ABOUT THE ROLE Lead and manage the regional sales team across Latin America Develop and execute student recruitment strategies in priority markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with agents, schools, and local institutions Achieve enrollment and revenue targets for UK and US partner institutions Represent the company at education fairs, webinars, and school visits (virtual and in-person) Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student preferences.
Report on KPIs and contribute to regional sales forecasting and planning.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
ABOUT YOU 5+ years' experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or related field.
Proven team leadership and target achievement in a regional context.
Strong understanding of UK and US higher education systems and visa processes.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
