🎯 Responsibilities :

🎯 Review and verify incidents reported by studio personnel, ensuring fast and effective resolution

📋 Prepare comprehensive reports related to disciplinary action or staff performance reviews

🛡️ Operate and monitor advanced security systems to maintain surveillance coverage

🕵️ Evaluate and test online gaming surveillance software for functionality and issues

🤝 Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to resolve technical problems

📝 Create and maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and system tests

👁️ Monitor physical studio spaces and online platforms for suspicious or unusual activity

🔧 Ensure all video surveillance and security equipment is fully operational

📈 Regularly assess and recommend improvements for system performance

🧩 Requirements :

✅ Native or fluent in English (C1), written and spoken

🎮 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveillance Operator or Team Leader in iGaming or live gaming environments

📽️ Skilled in operating and maintaining surveillance software and video monitoring systems

🔍 Strong analytical ability to identify irregularities in roulette wheels or live gameplay

📊 Experienced in producing detailed reports and maintaining accurate documentation

🕒 Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and 8-hour rotations

🧑‍💻 Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

🎯 Experience with roulette wheel calibration is a plus

💡 Familiarity with advanced surveillance and gaming system software
