At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our team.ResponsibilitiesManage all important project processes such as : platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced developmentAttend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetingsTranslate requirements / stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project teamFulfill Project ´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developersFulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practicesEnsure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communicationContribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirementsFill technical or process roles in our projects, if neededLead, educate, mentor and develop the Thirdera resources who are assigned to his / her projectsAssist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficientlyAct as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a projectPartnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment processQualificationsDegree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, andProven experience in technical consulting rolesProven experience working on the ServiceNow platformServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSMAdvanced EnglishKnowledge of ITIL; Foundation-level preferredPost-graduate in Software related topics is desiredWhy CognizantA career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Opportunity to work for leading global companies.Our work environment is diverse, collaborative and inclusive.
