Overview

inDrive is expanding its legal department and is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Lawyer to join the team in Bogotá, Colombia. You will keep in touch with external suppliers, provide advice about Colombia and LATAM, and help create new processes for our inVision projects. CVs in English will be considered primarily.

This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

What you will do

Legal research : conducting complex legal research and analysis for implementation of educational, cultural, sports and other socially oriented impact projects.
Legal support of launches : leading legal support of projects launches in the LATAM region.
Legal advisory : providing expert legal advice on topics related to non-profit projects and initiatives; review of publications and marketing materials.
Regulatory monitoring : monitoring relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting impact projects in the countries of presence.
Drafting and reviewing terms of use, policies and contracts, including services, sponsorship, cooperation, donation agreements and others.
Oversight of legal compliance : working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure impact projects’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Corporate support of NGOs.

What we expect from you

Law degree;

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience;

Proficiency in conducting legal research, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations;

Ability to provide clear and practical recommendations based on the conducted research;

Expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents;

Experience in working on complex cross-functional and international projects;

High level of responsibility and self-organization;

Attentiveness to details;

Fluent legal Spanish and English, both written and verbal;

Experience in providing legal support for educational, art, sports and other socially oriented / non-profit projects as well as experience in supporting fundraising projects is beneficial
