Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • This position is only for candidates based on Colombia

As a Full-Stack Developer , you will be the engineering heart of our product. You'll work directly with the product manager to rapidly prototype, build, and launch the core platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the stack, from the database to the UI. You won't just be writing code; you'll be a key partner in making critical technical and product decisions that will shape the Product.

  • Collaborate with product management to rapidly prototype features and iterate based on feedback.
  • Design and implement backend services in Python / FastAPI with a focus on security, scalability, and clean APIs.
  • Build responsive React frontends (with Ionic integration) to deliver a smooth experience across desktop and mobile.
  • Integrate external APIs (e.g., payments, FX rates, authentication, contractor data).
  • Ensure code quality through testing, CI / CD, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver value in short iterations.

    • Requirements

  • 3 years of p roven experience as a full-stack developer (Python backend + React frontend).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fast API .
  • Proficiency in React (hooks, context, state management, REST / GraphQL consumption).
  • Experience with Ionic or similar frameworks for mobile responsiveness.
  • Experience with Microservices .
  • Familiarity with Replit or other collaborative prototyping AI platforms.
  • Understanding of  API integrations .
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI / CD workflows, and testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup-style environment : self-starter, creative, and resourceful.
