This role is about becoming the lighthouse for the Zone. Providing relevant industry trends, opportunities identification, channel changes, competitors analysis, strategy and business tracking / course correcting. Lead of the business plan end-to-end process for Central Zone.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Performance tracking to generate insights to accelerate zones' results delivery.
  • Lead / Support zone Annual Business Planning (ABP), Long-Range Planning (LRP) & Moonshots Processes. The goal is a high degree of alignment and cascading down of the Operating Unit (OU) plans / targets to zones / countries ensuring Strategy deployment. This must be done by acting as a network person linking between functions and systems.
  • Routines management (bottlers alignments, T2T, Monthly Decision Points) with adequate data / insights to guarantee focus on strategy pillars and short-term alignment to company targets.
  • Work with Insights team and platform services team to identify and manage syndicated data sources for the countries and categories to identify market and executional opportunities to accelerate value capture.
  • Usage of fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leading-edge solutions to boost local / granular strategy with actionable levers.
  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic projects : support and / or lead strategic / confidential projects.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or similar.
  • MBA and consulting experience are a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, Investment Banking, among others.
  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers, and experience interacting and influencing senior management roles.
  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations, and dealing with ambiguity.
  • English is required. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable due to the bottler network.

  • Stakeholder management : identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders.
  • Deep experience with multifunctional projects impacting a larger system.
  • Strategic consulting experience and or experience with agile ways of working.
  • Communication focus

  • Multiple interactions and negotiations with management team members of KO system.
  • Negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottlers) are essential.
  • Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging.
