Vectora SAS is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological transformation in the fintech sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Vectora's technology strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
• Lead, inspire, and scale engineering teams under the Scrum methodology, fostering best practices and efficiency.
• Design, oversee, and manage scalable AWS architectures, ensuring security, resilience, and performance.
• Drive and standardize microservices architectures across the platform.
• Participate in code reviews with a focus on Java 17 (minimum Java 11).
• Manage projects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Implement and monitor CI / CD pipelines, unit testing, and code review practices.
• Design and manage API integrations with financial institutions, payment gateways, and third parties in Colombia and the region.
• Collaborate closely with business and product teams to align technology with company strategy.
