Role Summary And Impact

The Director, Product Enablement plays a pivotal role in transforming marketing within the LATAM region by ensuring the successful end-to-end deployment and widespread adoption of Choreograph's Open Media Studio (OMS) and Open Intelligence platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director Choreograph Latam, this position acts as a technical consultant and enablement specialist, overseeing implementation, configuration, and user training to maximize product usage and value realization for global clients and agency teams. By fostering strong user connections, advocating for client needs, and driving data-driven insights from adoption metrics, this role directly contributes to enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction across the region, ultimately bridging marketing strategy to scaled activation through Choreograph's innovative data platform.

Skills And Experience

• Product & Technical Enablement : Proven experience in technical consulting, product enablement, and end-to-end platform deployment, especially within complex, multi-geographical environments.
• Platform Expertise : Deep understanding of technology stacks, tools, and solutions across Insights & Planning, Activation, and Reporting & Analytics, including typical client use cases.
• Media & Agency Acumen : Strong knowledge of the media planning and buying landscape, with a desirable understanding of agency operations and client relationships.
• Deployment & Process Management : Expertise in the product development lifecycle and deployment processes, including best practices for implementation, configuration, and user adoption.
• Communication & Collaboration : Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration, building consensus, and managing relationships across diverse, matrixed teams.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented : Ability to capture detailed requirements, derive actionable insights from usage metrics, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Resourceful, quick-thinking, and adaptable, capable of managing multiple responsibilities under pressure to meet deadlines.
