We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to provide leadership and direction across multiple teams and business units. This role is responsible for driving performance, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee operational performance, budgets, staffing, and process improvements.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, addressing escalations and driving client satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and implement best practices.
  • Foster a positive, engaging workplace and partner with support functions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience managing performance, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and / or as required
  • Advanced English level is a must.
  • Schedule : Monday to Saturday.
  • Basic salary + monthly bonus for meeting indicators.
  • Contract : Long-term from day one.
