Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst – support strategic decision‑making through pricing analysis and financial insights for Lean Solutions Group. Candidates must be fluent in English (B2‑C1). Non‑bilingual applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pricing analysis and cost modelling to drive financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial reports to support strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Assist in budget development and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and U.S.! based clients to align financial planning objectives.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data and market trends.
  • Maintain and update financial systems and tools to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Academic background : degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience : 1‑2 years in pricing or general accounting.
  • Technical proficiency : strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Language proficiency : English B2–C1 (Intermediate to Advanced) required.
