Position : Bilingual Pre-Suit Personal Injury Legal Assistant

About the Role

Reclatam is seeking a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-suit personal injury cases, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish, including client intake, claims management, medical record requests, and settlement negotiations .
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish , ensuring clarity and comfort for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Screen incoming calls and provide accurate, professional information to clients.
• Utilize Case Peer software (and integration with Case Status) along with the Microsoft Office Suite to manage case files and documentation.
• Adapt to firm workflows and processes, including flexible working hours if required.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Proven experience in pre-suit personal injury cases .

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Professional, reliable, and adaptable.
