And we're looking for someone who wants to do the same from the inside out.About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Excellence Lead to set the standard for how Mastercard develops, launches, and commercializes products in Latin America.This is a high-visibility, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution discipline and executive influence. You'll be the guardian of readiness and speed, orchestrating cross-functional teams across the entire product lifecycle. You'll also be the regional voice in global product forums, ensuring Latin America's priorities shape Mastercard's global roadmap.What You'll DoRun the Lifecycle – Own the process from concept to commercialization, empowered to recommend "go" or "not yet" at every stage.Influence and Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Partner across sales, product, legal, and delivery to line up pilots, capture structured feedback, and drive accountability.Give Executives Clarity – Manage the product portfolio view, turning data into insights that enable faster, smarter decisions.Be the Regional Voice – Represent Latin America in global governance, embedding local realities into integral processes.Continuously Raise the Bar – Identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, and push the region to move faster and better.Qualifications7+ years in product management, program management, PMO, or consulting in financial services, tech, or related industries.Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets.Strong analytical skills to translate customer and market insights into business outcomes.Skilled at influencing senior executives through clear, data-driven recommendations.Highly organized with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with global and regional / local product teams.Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must : Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines. #J-
