We are on the lookout for a Delivery Director!

This is an exciting opportunity to join us in Medellin, Colombia and help us build our community there.

In this role you will lead, excel, and grow the Symphony client engagements, ensuring superb quality, excellent delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth. Reporting to the Portfolio Director, you will drive excellence in delivery, business development, consulting, leadership, and governance.

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

• Partner with Symphony clients to craft and deliver digital solutions that unlock new levels of business value
• Develop and implement strategic plans for software delivery aligned with business objectives
• Oversee a programme of software development projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery
• Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, excellence, and continuous improvement across teams
• Lead, mentor, and support delivery managers and their teams to drive performance and growth
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including executive clients and internal leadership, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, risks, and financial KPIs, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, contractual obligations, and industry best practices
• Drive process optimization through agile, lean, and other best practices to improve delivery efficiency
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service delivery excellence
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve delivery capabilities and support organisational growth goals
