  • Logistics Operations Coordinator Lead
  • within our
  • Manufacturing & Supply – Logistics team in Colombia
  • , will be to
  • lead and ensure the efficient execution of end-to-end logistics operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Main responsibilities :
  • Coordinate and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with national and international trade regulations.
  • Guarantee adherence to OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) certification requirements and other applicable customs standards.
  • Manage and control all foreign trade documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Liaise with customs authorities, logistics operators, and external stakeholders to secure smooth import / export activities.
  • Monitor and optimize international logistics processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to foreign trade operations to ensure compliance with service and quality objectives.
  • Provide support during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to import / export activities.
  • Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives within international trade and customs processes.
  • About you :
  • Experience :
  • Solid background in
  • import and export operations
  • , with proven knowledge of customs regulations, international trade compliance, and OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) certification requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex processes and mitigate risks.
  • Soft and technical skills :
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customs authorities, logistics operators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams with an end-to-end mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP or trade management systems (desirable).
  • Education :
  • Professional degree in
  • Foreign Trade, International Business, or Engineering
  • with focus on export processes (essential).
  • Languages :
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
