Logistics Coordinator - Remote Colombia.

As a Logistics Customer Service , you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads for logistics and transportation processes.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

• Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure every shipment is picked up and delivered on time.
• Monitor and update shipment status, keeping customers informed and proactively communicating any delays or issues.
• Provide excellent customer support, handling inquiries related to missed pickups, delivery challenges, or tracking updates with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve service issues quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and share shipment performance reports with customers, offering clear insights and updates.
• Guide and support customers on how to access and utilize reporting tools to manage their shipments efficiently.
• Document and escalate complex issues, ensuring they are tracked, followed up, and resolved.
• Assist the logistics team with administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of the department.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

What would help you succeed :

Minimum requirements :

Studies : A high school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.

Language : Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks :

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 10 : 30 am to 7 : 30 pm. Following the US Calendar.

Contract : Indefinite-term contract

Location : Remote Colombia.

Salary : $3,200.000
