Technical Advisor (Termography)

Responsibilities

  • Profile is in charge of receiving all types of calls about the termographic cameras and must improvise and solve the issue.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in termography and is tech oriented. Certifications in tech support are a plus. Could be a mechanic, electric engineer or similar profiles.
  • Experience in tech or BPO are a plus.
  • Bilingual English B2.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to 400.000 COP performance
  • Monthly Tenure bonus around 150-250 USD
  • First 6 months on site, after that, possibility of work at home depending on performance
