About the Role

We’re looking for a Casino Games Art Director to lead the artistic vision and execution of our next generation of slot games. You’ll be at the heart of the creative process — from shaping original concepts to ensuring every visual element aligns with the studio’s DNA and delivers a world-class player experience.

This is a role for a hands‑on creative leader who thrives in visual storytelling, understands the dynamics of casino gaming, and can translate artistic direction into engaging, commercially successful games.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead the visual direction for new and existing slot and casino games.
• Collaborate with concept artists, animators, UX / UI designers, and game designers to create cohesive and captivating visual experiences.
• Develop and present original art concepts , ensuring alignment with the studio’s brand and creative standards.
• Oversee art production , guiding internal teams and external partners through concept, production, and post‑production phases.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to artists to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
• Support UX and post‑production efforts to enhance player engagement and visual appeal.
• Contribute to the creative DNA of the studio , helping evolve its visual identity and artistic culture.
