In August 2023 , during our second year of operations, we successfully raised a €1.2M seed round , allowing us to expand our team to 12+ people, now working from our beachfront office in Barcelona .

Fullstack Tech Lead – AI Focused

We’re looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead / Manager with strong technical leadership, a passion for AI integrations , and a deep interest in product-driven development. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key technical decisions, lead a small team, and play a pivotal role in building the foundations of the Workfully platform — bringing cutting‑edge AI into the recruiting experience.
