About The Job

Sanofi Bogotá, D.C., Capital District, Colombia. This is an opportunity in the Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs. Hubs host key strategic business operations providing centralized services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more. Global Talent Services is a core service line that delivers end-to-end Talent Acquisition services globally to multiple business areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assume accountability for all Recruitment Services delivered across the hub, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's business strategy and global talent acquisition priorities.
  • Play a key role in the seamless integration and transition of new recruitment services into the hub, ensuring minimal disruption and a positive experience for stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of recruitment activities within the hubs, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery models.
  • Lead and manage a mix of experienced and junior recruiters and manage the workload for all recruiters in the hub.
  • Support the organization in understanding talent needs. Provide advice on the appropriate hiring strategy and approach.
  • Advise hiring managers and leadership on recruiting decisions, best practices, compensation, and future hiring planning.
  • Lead the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices and oversee compliance with established recruitment processes.
  • Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions, benchmarking, and candidate selection.
  • Develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to network, source, assess, and hire talent.
  • Oversee the work of the hiring team, manage performance, and mentor team members; recruit, train, and develop new members as required.
  • Manage all communications between hiring managers / recruiters and candidates.
  • Own reporting and analysis of key performance metrics (SLAs) for hub-based recruitment services.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach within the hubs, prioritizing candidate and hiring manager needs.
  • Partner with the Talent Tech team to support technology solutions that enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain regular collaboration with the Candidate Care Hub Lead and Sourcing Strategy Hub Lead to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Proactively share best practices, talent insights, and market information to optimize recruitment outcomes across hubs.
  • About You

    You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of leading and managing global recruitment teams within a global business services environment. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and continuously improving recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
