Role Overview : We are looking for a Consulting Engineer 3 – Customer Delivery specialized in Data Center technologies, for a remote position across LATAM. This is a customer-facing role focused on validating complex solutions, accelerating adoption of new platforms, and ensuring successful delivery of Data Center projects.Key Responsibilities : - Engage with customers and stakeholders to plan and execute validation projects.- Validate new Data Center designs to meet customer requirements.- Lead requirements discussions, build lab configurations, author and execute test plans, and document results.- Configure and maintain test environments integrating new technologies.- Troubleshoot complex networking problems and support solution delivery.- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure project success.- Develop documentation for processes, solutions, and results.- Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and new business growth.Requirements : - 3–8 years of experience with Data Center and Networking technologies.- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus platforms (focus on N9K).- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 & 3 networking and routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP).- Experience with virtualization (network and server); Docker / Kubernetes is a plus.- Programming / scripting skills (preferably Python) and familiarity with APIs, YANG models, and configuration management.- Strong customer-facing and troubleshooting experience (TAC background preferred).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Cisco CCNA / CCNP certifications preferred.About the Position :

• Full-time, 100% remote.
• Work schedule : Monday to Friday, from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (EST Time Zone).
• Contract Duration : 6+ months, with high possibility of extension.
