We shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikePerform data, actuarial, and computing tasks as an actuarial analyst.Prepare regular financial reporting packages for clients.Assist in collecting and completing data input for various financial models, including Incurred But Not Reported Claims, Actuarial Value Plan, and Pricing Models (Excel and proprietary software). Analyze ad hoc data using advanced Excel functions and communicate findings effectively.Conduct ad-hoc projects as needed, such as plan changes and analysis of self-funded vs. fully insured options.Prepare financial exhibits to support client reports and correspondence.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of group systems, products, and technology related to group insurance consulting.How This Opportunity Is DifferentAon offers flexible work with a hybrid methodology, allowing you to work from home or in the office.
