Overview

Full Stack Engineer / Developer

Adoreal is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company that leverages innovation and disruptive technologies to improve consumer experiences, outcomes, and predictability in elective medicine. Our team thrives on challenges, embraces change, and is dedicated to transforming our industry. Adoreal is scaling rapidly, and this role is designed to support that growth by automating content production, scheduling, and reporting processes. We are looking for a strategic operator who can take on high-impact work that supports both our product and broader engineering initiatives. Candidates must live and be able to work in LATAM; ideal location is Colombia, South America.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement user-facing features
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for new product features
Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the stack
Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
Support product releases and resolve production issues when necessary

Requirements

3-6 years of full stack development experience

Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and Node.js

Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices

Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)

Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
