Overview

Purchase Analyst — Employment Type : Full-Time / On-Site

Are you detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong understanding of purchasing processes and cost control? Qargo Coffee is looking for a Purchase Analyst to support our procurement operations by tracking orders, analyzing costs, and ensuring smooth purchasing workflows across all our stores.

You’ll monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help keep our supply chain running efficiently. If you’re passionate about data, sourcing strategy, and organization behind the scenes—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Purchase Monitoring & Support

  • Assist in managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Track the status of orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support stores and internal teams with procurement-related inquiries.

Cost & Data Analysis

  • Analyze purchasing data to detect trends, cost variations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing timely cost reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile purchase records with invoices and payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, pricing, and product catalogs.
  • Help evaluate vendor performance based on cost, reliability, and quality.
  • Coordinate sample reviews and product testing with relevant teams when needed.

    • Inventory Alignment

  • Assist with tracking inventory levels and suggest reorder points to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Work with the Purchasing Coordinator and Store Managers to align orders with real-time needs.

    • Who You Are

    Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

    Experience : 2–3 years in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain roles.

    Language : Advanced English (B2–C1) for working with regional and international vendors.

    Technical Skills :

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and basic data analysis.
  • Familiar with inventory systems, procurement tools, or ERP platforms.
  • Understanding of supply chain workflows and vendor management.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
