About the Role

As a Product Manager you will define strategy, lead teams, and deliver digital products that engage millions of users worldwide. You will use data‑driven insights with market knowledge to shape product vision, mentor peers, and collaborate across functions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for IGN’s digital platforms and products.
  • Lead multiple product teams and drive product strategy for a larger portfolio of products.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to deliver high‑quality products.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for multiple products, using data to prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, editorial, and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Conduct and analyze user research to understand needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Work with UX / UI designers to create user‑friendly and visually appealing products.
  • Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor performance and optimize the product.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end product development from ideation to release.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on feedback, research, and impact.
  • Plan and execute product launches, monitor post‑launch performance, and iterate.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about status, milestones, and roadblocks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage with user feedback and support channels to address concerns and drive improvements.

Must Haves

  • 5–7 years of experience on technology‑powered products as product manager or user researcher.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to build intuitive content management systems that meet internal and external needs.
  • Experience building subscription‑based products with a track record of driving growth.
  • Led product development on complex features from first to multiple interactions.
  • Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods.
  • Sound judgment to assess risks and produce data‑informed written narratives.
  • Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and leaders in a collaborative relationship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Upper‑intermediate English level.
