Your role at Clorox : We will add a Production Service Analyst to our team, who will be responsible for accompanying the technical transfer in new projects, participating actively in the execution of initiatives, and providing technical support in front of manufacturing problems. They will also be in charge of identifying and implementing cost-saving projects and ensuring supply, acting as a link between manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and R&D in product launches and new products. Their tasks will include production line tests, support for test shipments, product inspection, and performing chemical analyzes when required.

In this role, you will :

  • Participate in the launch of new initiatives, coordinating plant qualifications, experimental orders, and key meetings, following the Production Services LATAM processes.
  • Collaborate and, according to your experience, lead projects of different complexity.
  • Create and maintain the Bill of Materials (EBOM’s) of new products, as well as manage technical information in SAP -PLM-.
  • Provide support in technical feasibility analysis for strategic projects.
  • Manage and monitor the Tech Transfer, Development Trials (DT) product development tests, and Manufacturing Readiness Trials (MRT) manufacturing preparation tests, ensuring that products are ready for large-scale production and meet quality standards.
  • Be the main link between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure success in new product launches.
  • Qualify co-packing processes and participate in the development of promotional packs and innovative initiatives.

What we look for : We are looking for professionals or equivalent work experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry with at least 1 year of experience in projects, packaging / processing, or technical work (laboratory, testing, quality assurance, etc.).

We value people with the ability to work in a team, organize, make decisions, and adapt to different challenges, who can manage multiple tasks effectively and with a practical focus. It is necessary to have knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project (or project management tools), and intermediate English is valued.
