Your Role in the Team

Be part of our client's team as a Customer Success Manager and take ownership of the post-sale relationship with law firms. You will drive client satisfaction, repeat usage, and long-term partnerships while ensuring a seamless deposition experience through world-class legal technology solutions.

Shift : Day Shift (09 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM Central Time)

Work setup : Remote / Work from Home

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a SaaS or legal-tech environment
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret usage data and cohort retention metrics
  • Excellent communication skills (native English speaker) and proven relationship-building ability with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts
  • What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) law firm accounts after their first deposition
  • Drive repeat deposition bookings and monthly spend by ensuring flawless scheduling, transcript delivery, and client experience
  • Identify accounts with enterprise potential; collaborate with Senior AEs to design pilots and provide usage / ROI data for contract negotiations
  • Execute expansion motions by cross-selling additional practice groups and upselling to annual or multi-year contracts
  • Monitor cohort metrics (Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention) and act proactively to prevent churn
  • Provide product feedback to help shape the roadmap and improve customer experience
