About the role

The Merchant and Category Strategy Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage category strategy and seasonality consumption moments with our merchant base.

Responsibilities

• Engagement of merchants to our platform as well as the growth of their online performance, via a combination of online and offline strategies in terms of promotions and seasonalities.
• Building deep data insights and understanding of our existing merchants in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.
• Using data to understand merchant and category performance, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, in terms of category placement, seasonal selection and joint promotions.
