About The Role
The People Business Partner is both a strategic and hands‑on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our teammates and business leaders. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement. A PBP at Veho is a builder, problem solver, and a strong thought partner to the business leaders within their supported group. In this role, you will primarily support non‑exempt employees and the leaders of our Bogota, Colombia, location.

What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree preferred5+ years of experience in a people operations or human resources roleAt least 2 years of experience as a People Business Partner or Human Resources Business PartnerStrong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous rolesAnalytical mindset with an understanding of core people related metricsPrevious experience building processes, playbooks, and best practicesExperience supporting hourly employee client groupsExperience in a high growth or rapidly changing work environmentFinance Manager
As Finance Manager, you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our operations in Colombia. You own the full financial agenda : steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management. You serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Colombian leadership team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Own the full budgeting process with support from global and regional FP&A teams. Your goal is to understand global models, guide the business in building plans, and push for the best possible plan in the Colombian marketSupport the country manager and leadership team by tracking business performance, identifying deviations, and working together to solve themManage and control costs for the Colombian business looking for constant optimizationBuild business cases to support management decisionsBe the face and brain of the Colombian business when it comes to any financial topics, from company presentations (all hands) to proactive contribution in different mattersServe as the main point of contact for the local operation for all financial topics, connecting with global and regional finance teams as applicableCollaborate with regional and global FP&A and Finance reporting teams to deliver reliable and actionable financial dashboards that support business decisions and monitor budget realizationWork closely with the regional accounting, payroll, and compliance team based in Mexico on tax, payroll, labor, and other financial matters for Colombia.We are a scale up and there is still a lot we are figuring outQualifications
5 or more years of relevant Finance experience, with at least 3 years in a proven FP&A or commercial finance leadership role.Strong analytical skills, including deep Excel modeling experience and ideal exposure to BI tools.Well‑rounded financial profile, comfortable managing reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics.Senior & Autonomous Mindset : Dynamic, proactive, and willing to multitask without needing constant direction (a true owner).Execution Focus : Highly structured, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality results.Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Comfortable presenting complex material to a range of audiences.Native Spanish and advanced English.Nice to Have
Experience in a start‑up or tech environment at a SaaS company.Experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Audit at a Big Four firm.HR Business Partner

How You'll Make An Impact – Operational Leadership & Governance
