We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead ongoing technical success for our most strategic BPA clients. In this role, you’ll own the long-term health, performance, and evolution of client solutions—delivering proactive guidance, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring customers continue to see measurable business value from their BPA investment.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned managed services clients.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
  • Lead complex workflow enhancements, integrations, and performance optimizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Engineering and Support teams.
  • Conduct regular technical health checks and roadmap planning sessions.
  • Anticipate risks or bottlenecks and address them before they impact client operations.
  • Provide feedback to Product on features and improvements based on client needs.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in process automation, enterprise consulting, or technical account management.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise solutions in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of BPA workflows, integrations, and automation best practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in software development with a modern server-side programming language. While our environment often utilizes PHP, we prioritize strong programming fundamentals over specific language expertise.
  • Strong understanding of integrations via web services (e.g., HTTP REST, SOAP / XML).
  • Familiarity with version control and Linux / Windows environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Issues are prevented before they occur, with minimal unplanned downtime.
  • Clients view you as their trusted advisor for BPA strategy and technical guidance.
