We are looking for a Sales Engineering Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience to connect prospective clients and internal teams. You will lead discovery sessions, capture timelines and budgets, and turn insights into clear, high-impact proposals. Strong knowledge of business strategy, the SDLC, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement : Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, follow internal RACI procedures; lead the technical discovery call; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly; discuss the SDLC from ideation to market release to guide discussions and assess project feasibility; use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting and analyzing high-level requirements (timeline, budget, technical skill needs, risk assessments); provide clear, persuasive client communications in calls and emails.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation : Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations; tailor deliverables to client challenges uncovered during discovery; integrate technical insights with business strategy to address immediate deliverables and long-term client growth.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff : Coordinate across Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs from engagement through team buildout to project kickoff; act as a concierge for deals, maintain cross-functional communication to drive onboarding; translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives; maintain a sales / consulting mindset to align proposals with targeted outcomes.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in similar Sales & Delivery Management rolesExceptional Communication & Soft Skills : strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport quickly; excellent presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing interactionsUX & Presentation Design Acumen : solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking; proven ability to create high-quality, visually engaging decks and proposalsTechnical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge : deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while focusing on business impactAnalytical & Strategic Thinking : ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and recommend actionable strategies while balancing objectives and feasibilityTeam Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination : experience working across Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting; capable of aligning teams and ensuring clear communicationConsultative Sales Experience : prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in a digital software consultancyBenefits
