This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are seeking a Product Management Lead in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Product Management Lead to scale and operationalize a growing Product Management team in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, establish scalable processes, and ensure alignment across multiple product lines. You'll drive operational rigor, clarity, and accountability while partnering with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to shape roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business and customer impact. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering growth, development, and high performance
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development for new PMs as the team scales
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute a high-impact product roadmap and ensure alignment on priorities
- Design and implement scalable product development processes, including planning cadences, product reviews, prioritization rituals, and cross-functional communication systems
- Drive accountability, clarity, and successful delivery across multiple product lines, aligning team OKRs with business goals
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and impact
Qualifications
Proven experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, preferably in a growth-stage or high-performing product environmentStrong operational leadership and execution discipline, with the ability to introduce structure without slowing innovationExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of building consensus across diverse teamsComfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity for the teamBias for action and ownership mentality; leads by example and inspires accountabilityExperience in customer-facing products and / or fintech or e-commerce is a plus but not requiredBenefits
