Business Development Executive – Colombia (Fulcrum Pvt Ltd)

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Executive – Colombia for our leading client. Industry : Poultry Sector. Location : Colombia (preferably Bogotá). Job Type : Full-time. Pay : 4 000 000.00 COP – 5 000 000.00 COP per month.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Poultry and AgriTech sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with feed companies, integrators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support sales pipeline development through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Represent Poultra at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Bilingual : English / Spanish (verbal and written proficiency required).
  • Experience in commercial sales or client relationship management in the Poultry sector.
  • Understanding of the livestock ecosystem preferred.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, results‑driven, capable of working independently and achieving growth targets.

Business Development Manager – RPO Services (IGS)

At IGS we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Focus on opportunities within the country, with occasional support for multi‑country projects.

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities for RPO services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : from client needs analysis to deal closure.
  • Research market trends and competition to spot opportunities.
  • Build and expand a strong professional network, representing Infotree at events.
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to design solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proven experience selling services (not products).

  • Outbound prospecting : identify and engage property managers, HOA boards, and decision‑makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
  • Inbound conversion : respond quickly to inquiries, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Conduct impactful product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and ensure lead quality.
  • Record activities and pipeline data in the CRM with accuracy and discipline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to refine outreach strategies.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to boost efficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach personalization.
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in SaaS, proptech, or real estate).
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven record of winning new business.
  • Skilled in balancing outbound prospecting with inbound conversion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Persistent, proactive, and results‑driven.
  • Organization and strong follow‑up capabilities.
  • Comfortable with high outbound activity and managing a robust pipeline.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Freshsales, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Master of prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • AI‑driven mindset : ability to use AI tools for automation, enrichment, and personalized outreach.
  • Knowledge of property management and HOA is a plus.

  • Conduct outbound calls daily to potential resellers and prospects.
