What We're Looking For 7+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally within the software consultancy, IT services, or professional services industries. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Solid expertise in transfer pricing, foreign currency management, and subsidiary-level financial oversight. Deep understanding of Colombian GAAP and familiarity with international accounting principles. Proficiency in financial software, including Google Sheets, Siigo, QuickBooks, and similar systems. Proven experience managing and overseeing monthly payroll processes, with a strong track record of accuracy and timeliness. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail. Residency in Barranquilla, Colombia is required. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
