Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead and optimize their procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing
• Manage procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and contract negotiations
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
• Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and cost-control measures
• Lead and mentor procurement staff
