Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategy and product roadmap for settlement and treasury capabilities, aligned to Mastercard’s network transformation priorities.
- Lead the modernization of customer support by scaling automated, self-service solutions using intelligent automation and ML-based tools.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for high-priority network initiatives, acting as SME for customer inquiries linked to accelerated platform advancements.
- Shape and champion the implementation of scalable, digital solutions to enhance customer experience across clearing, settlement, and treasury operations.
- Assess emerging technologies (e.g., FedNow, real-time settlement platforms) and define strategic application within Mastercard’s ecosystem.
- Partner cross-functionally with global product, technology, operations, and client services teams to accelerate delivery, adoption, and impact.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Payment Network Services, or Strategy Consulting.Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker with strong storytelling and communication skills.Experience working closely with commercial teams; whether in direct sales, sales enablement, or sales support, is a plus.Skilled at sourcing, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.Corporate Security Responsibility
