Job Description

Step into an exciting sales role where you’ll be the first point of contact for licensed financial professionals considering their next career move. You’ll engage with registered representatives and investment advisor representatives across the nation, presenting compelling opportunities to join a respected financial services organization. This role combines relationship building with strategic outreach, allowing you to make meaningful connections while directly contributing to the firm’s expansion. Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to registered representatives and investment advisor representatives from comprehensive contact databases
  • Present compelling benefits and career advantages of joining a leading financial services firm
  • Build rapport with prospects and assess their interest in career transition opportunities
  • Qualify potential candidates based on their professional background and career goals
  • Schedule strategic follow-up appointments between qualified prospects and senior management
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and call outcomes using provided systems
  • Adapt proven scripts and talking points to individual prospect needs while maintaining professional standards
  • Contribute to team goals by consistently generating high-quality appointment leads
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales with exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for high-volume outbound calling activities
  • Natural ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects in meaningful conversations
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar sales roles preferred
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional demeanor when representing the firm to industry professionals
  • No financial services certifications required - we provide all necessary training and support
  • Requirements

    Proven track record in sales with exceptional verbal communication skills Confidence and enthusiasm for high-volume outbound calling activities Natural ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects in meaningful conversations Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar sales roles preferred Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and follow-through Professional demeanor when representing the firm to industry professionals Availability for either full-time (35 hours / week) or part-time (20 hours / week) commitment No financial services certifications required - we provide all necessary training and support
