Job description for Technical Service Admin Support (Solventum). Solventum is a health innovation company focused on improving patient and professional outcomes through advanced solutions that combine science, materials, and data.

What You Will Do

Be highly organized and analytical in the management and maintenance of medical equipment and customer service. This role executes preventive and corrective maintenance and performs technical visits across the national territory. You will interact with external and internal clients (sales and marketing) to ensure an efficient technical service flow.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical devices (Class II) and manage service visits.
  • Interact with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support maintenance reporting and documentation management.
  • Assist in inventory control and spare parts management.
  • Provide technical guidance and client support as needed.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Formation : Biomedical Engineer or Technician or related field.
  • Active INVIMA registration.
  • Experience in customer service and technical service maintenance of biomedical devices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Class II medical devices for at least 2 years.
  • Availability to travel.

  • Work Location

    On-site (Solventum Colombia, Autopista Norte # 108 – 27 Torre 3. Piso 16) with travel 2-3 times per week to the Service Center located at Terminales Logísticas de Colombia, QRGR+69, Bogotá - Tenjo, Cota, Cundinamarca.
