About the Role
We are hiring a passionate MarketingProject Manager to support a fast growing US marketing agency in the brand and events space. You will be the glue across departments, ensuring projects are on track, deadlines are met, and nothing slips through the cracks.
From coordinating events, public speaking panels and retreats to digital programs and sponsorships, you will coordinate projects, keep stakeholders aligned, and ensure flawless execution. This role places you at the center of it all, working alongside top founders, brand partners, and creative leaders.
Responsibilities
- Manage Notion workspace, track timelines, assign tasks, and ensure teams deliver on time.
- Coordinate with speakers, oversee event schedules, and ensure creative assets for events have been created, reviewed, and published.
- Ensure every digital and in-person commitment is tracked and executed.
- Coordinate calls, distribute agendas, and keep all stakeholders aligned across production, sales, and marketing teams
- Oversee website updates, email rollouts, and asset creation by working closely with our designer and communication team.
- Keep our digital program on track, ensuring all moving parts are managed across content, marketing, and tech.
- Build scalable systems that increase team velocity and create measurable results.
- Be the go-to for follow-ups, making sure nothing slips between departments.
Requirements
4+ years in project management, operations or event coordination within fast moving environmentsProficiency with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and modern project management practicesStrong stakeholder management with clear concise written and verbal communication in English (C1-C2)Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and to hold teams accountable to deadlinesCustomer facing presence for vendor partner and sponsor communications including live calls and follow upsTech savvy problem solver who anticipates needs, proposes solutions, and executes with minimal oversightAvailability to align to US Pacific Time zone and to support occasional event related peaksAdditional Information
