Role Overview
The company is a fast-growing digital ventures firm building and scaling innovative startups, is seeking a Growth Manager to design, automate, and optimize the systems that fuel inbound and outbound growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on builder — someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, automation, and data. You’ll work directly with leadership to connect growth strategy with execution, building scrappy, scalable engines that drive real pipeline and measurable results.

Build and optimize growth funnels that consistently convert qualified leadsAutomate pipelines and data workflows for efficiency and reliabilityExecute high-performing outreach campaigns and SEO strategiesTrack, measure, and experiment with growth initiatives to drive measurable resultsPartner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive strategy executionCore Responsibilities
1. Funnel Design & Optimization – 25%
Build and manage inbound funnels that consistently attract and convert qualified leadsCollaborate with leadership to align growth strategy with GTM objectivesContinuously test messaging, forms, and conversion paths to improve funnel efficiency2. Automation & Data Flows – 20%
Build and maintain automated lead pipelines using Clay, n8n, or internal scriptsIntegrate enrichment data, trigger workflows, and sync information across CRM and outreach toolsMonitor system reliability and troubleshoot data inconsistencies proactively3. Email & Outreach Campaigns – 20%
Design, write, and launch cold and nurture email sequences that engage high-intent founders and partnersA / B test subject lines, messaging, and personalization strategiesTrack performance metrics to improve conversion rates and optimize messaging cadence4. SEO & Content Growth – 15%
Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search visibilityConduct keyword research, optimize site performance, and measure ranking improvementsCollaborate with content teams to create assets that support long-term SEO and brand growth5. Analytics & Experimentation – 10%
Build and maintain growth dashboards to track funnel metrics, conversions, and ROITranslate performance data into actionable insights and recommendationsExperiment with new growth channels, partnerships, and AI-driven tactics — document learnings and scale what works6. Cross-Functional Collaboration – 10%
Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive positioning and executionCommunicate progress, challenges, and impact clearly to stakeholdersShare best practices and continuously refine processes across teamsRequirements
Must-Haves (Required)
1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, automation, or startup marketingProven track record designing, testing, and optimizing digital growth funnelsHands-on experience with Clay, n8n, SEO tools, CRM systems, and email automation platformsAnalytical and creative problem-solving skills — ability to move fast and figure things out independentlyComfort operating in high-velocity startup environments with limited structureExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Familiarity with additional automation or data tools (Airtable, Zapier, Notion API, HubSpot)Experience with outbound email personalization, enrichment, and cold prospecting flowsBackground in startup ecosystems, venture building, or early-stage marketingUnderstanding of AI-based workflows and emerging growth technologiesTools Proficiency
