Overview

Human Resources Business Partner role at HR Recruit. Remote, permanent position in the technology sector. Base pay range listed : $125,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr.

Responsibilities

• Support business leaders and managers in strategic HR issues and translate business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
• Guide managers in developing and implementing performance management systems.
• Coordinate and advise on recruitment processes to ensure the right people are in the right place.
• Identify training and development needs and support leaders in mentoring their teams.
• Advise on terms of employment and remuneration structures in line with market developments and organizational policy.
• Support the manager in conducting salary interviews.
• Guide managers and employees through organizational changes, including restructuring, culture change, and implementing new HR policies.
• Support management of absenteeism, develop absenteeism policy, and advise on long-term absenteeism issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.
