About Swapop

Swapop is a new AI-powered marketplace app built for Gen Z to swap, buy, and trade items safely and creatively. We’re building a cool brand that helps young people save money, earn value from their old stuff, and free up their time for what really matters.

We believe in collaboration over competition. That’s why our growth hack focuses on empowering students to promote Swapop on their campuses through exciting campaigns, internships, and ambassador programs.

The Role : University Partnership Leader

We’re looking for a connector, builder, and strategist who can bring Swapop into university life. Your mission is to launch and manage our campus campaigns by building partnerships with universities, professors, and student organizations — and by developing internship opportunities that attract passionate students.

This is a high-impact, equity-based role (no salary at this stage) with potential to grow into a core leadership position as Swapop scales.

What You’ll Do

Develop and own Swapop’s campus growth strategy across U.S. universities.
Build relationships with marketing professors, student clubs, and internship coordinators.
Recruit and lead student interns and campus ambassadors to run Swapop campaigns.
Design creative, low-budget marketing activations inside campuses.
Ensure our internship program meets educational standards so students gain real skills.
Collaborate directly with the founder to test, learn, and scale what works.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in university partnerships, campus recruiting, student brand programs, or community growth.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills — you can email a dean, DM a student leader, or pitch a club and get a response.

A background with student ambassador programs (e.g., Red Bull, Bumble, Spotify) is a huge plus.

Comfort with startups and low-budget creativity — you know how to hack growth, not wait for big budgets.

A passion for Gen Z culture and student life. You know what makes students excited.
