Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Location : Remote (must be able to work Eastern Time, Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM ET)
Compensation : Competitive salary with growth opportunities - from $1,200 - $1,500

About the Role
The CEO leads a fast-growing proptech company backed by top-tier investors and many of the largest landlords and managers in the U.S. As the company scales, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the Chief of Staff, providing support across the CEO’s personal and professional priorities. This role demands intelligence, precision, discretion, and a long-term mindset.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, has a strong background in accounting or finance, is detail-oriented, and is eager to grow with us over the next 5–10+ years. You’ll be more than an assistant — you’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring the Principal’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Personal & Household Support
- Manage calendar, logistics, and appointments (doctors, reservations, etc.)
- Handle travel arrangements, research best hotels / restaurants, and prepare detailed itineraries
- Bookkeeping for personal and household finances (expense tracking, reconciliations, reporting in Excel)
- Track personal records, apartment management, and vendor coordination
- Research and summarize relevant articles, threads, and lifestyle trends for the CEO
Professional & Business Support
Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff across scheduling, communications, and operationsMonitor and manage inboxes, draft correspondence, and summarize key information in real timeManage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and briefing materialsSupport with bookkeeping, dashboards, trackers, and reportingConduct research and compile data for projects and decision-makingDraft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsContribute to systems-building, workflow optimization, and process improvementsWho You Are
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university3+ years of experience as an EA, PA, or similar role supporting senior leadershipBackground in bookkeeping or finance (degree or master’s in accounting preferred)Excellent professional English (spoken and written) with strong communication skillsAdvanced Excel skills and strong command of Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceHighly organized, detail-driven, and proactiveSmart, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they ariseStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentProfessional, collaborative, and aligned with a modern, ambitious teamCommitted to building with us for the long termNice to Have
