Job Description

We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Manager, Learning Experience Strategist located in Bogotá, Colombia on a hybrid basis. The Learning Experience Strategist (LXS) leads a cross-functional team of LXDs (Sr. Specialist, Lead, and / or Manager roles) to deliver innovative, effective, and business-aligned learning experiences. Serving as the primary point of contact for senior business leaders, Practice Area leaders and Program Owners in the Learn and GTM organization, the LXS ensures learning strategies are aligned to performance needs and business goals, drives continuous improvement through data and insights, and supports the enterprise vision for 2030. This people leadership role combines instructional design expertise, strategic consultation, team capacity management, and stakeholder partnership to orchestrate end-to-end learning solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as the primary learning strategy partner to assigned business leaders (Learn and GTM), acting as the first point of contact for learning needs, consultation, and performance-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders to align learning strategies with business goals, workforce trends, and enterprise priorities.
• Guide strategic conversations on learning needs, budget, complexity, scalability, modality recommendations, and timelines.
