The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety management systems, guaranteeing effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
• Be a visible, autonomous, and independent leader focused on team development and knowledge transfer.
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate the management system based on FSC 22000 and applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards in Colombia, including prerequisite programs and traceability.
• Manage the complaints and claims system from receipt to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and leading supplier audits.
