As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new monthly revenue while maintaining and strengthening the business volume acquired from previous clients. You’ll build and manage a full sales pipeline, converting qualified prospects into factoring opportunities through innovative outreach strategies, relationship-building, and consistent follow-up. By collaborating with the sales team, exercising strong judgment, and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and product offerings, you will support the company’s continued growth. You’ll represent the organization with integrity, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high performance even in fast-paced or changing environments.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

  • Generate monthly new client revenue while retaining and expanding business from previous months.
  • Build and manage a full pipeline, converting leads into qualified factoring opportunities.
  • Create innovative prospecting strategies, including cold calls, referrals, email campaigns, and in-person visits to develop new business.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to generate new opportunities and maximize portfolio growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of factoring clients, ensuring long-term relationships that support company growth.
  • Practice active listening with strong attention to detail to accurately understand client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to align on strategy, share updates, and stay informed on business developments.
  • Manage multiple priorities in an organized, deadline-driven manner, adjusting as needed when new demands arise.
  • Uphold high service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exercise sound judgment, apply risk mitigation practices, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Provide solutions to emerging challenges and take accountability for decisions made.
  • Maintain effectiveness during periods of change, adapting to new roles, responsibilities, and evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus while working as a team to exceed client expectations and enhance service delivery.
  • Understand industry complexity, competitive offerings, and key factors impacting client decisions.
  • Master the features and benefits of the company’s products to confidently present value to prospects.
  • Represent the company’s interests with professionalism, consistency, and integrity.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned to support business objectives.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Studies : A High School Degree is required .

Experience : 1 year minimum experience phone sales / telemarketing and / or customer service to the US market. Proven success in generating and qualifying leads and managing accounts. Comfortable cold prospecting for new business.

Tools : Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and automation; comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement platforms.

Perks :

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm. Following US calendar.

Contract : Permanent

Location : Remote only in Bogota

Salary : 4.200.000 Cop
