As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new monthly revenue while maintaining and strengthening the business volume acquired from previous clients. You’ll build and manage a full sales pipeline, converting qualified prospects into factoring opportunities through innovative outreach strategies, relationship-building, and consistent follow-up. By collaborating with the sales team, exercising strong judgment, and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and product offerings, you will support the company’s continued growth. You’ll represent the organization with integrity, deliver exceptional service, and maintain high performance even in fast-paced or changing environments.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Studies : A High School Degree is required .
Experience : 1 year minimum experience phone sales / telemarketing and / or customer service to the US market. Proven success in generating and qualifying leads and managing accounts. Comfortable cold prospecting for new business.
Tools : Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and automation; comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement platforms.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm. Following US calendar.

Location : Remote only in Bogota
Salary : 4.200.000 Cop
