This position is based in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with eligibility for multiple cities including Buenos Aires, Argentina; São Paulo, Brazil; Santiago, Chile; Montevideo, Uruguay; Bogota, Colombia; Lima, Peru; Mexico City, Mexico; or Panama City, Panama.

About This Position

We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and impact-driven Digital Transformation Consultant with expertise in one or more of the following sectors : Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Insurance, and Telecommunications. This role reports to the Head of Digital Transformation.

What you’ll do

As Digital Transformation Consultant, you will design and implement advisory services that help clients deploy digital solutions, strengthen supply chain resilience, and unlock financing opportunities.

Main Functions And Responsibilities

• Drive continuous digital innovation within the Digital Transformation Advisory Team by sourcing, prioritizing, and structuring high-impact use cases per sector (examples include : Manufacturing – smart factory, predictive maintenance, digital twin, RPA; Retail – omnichannel, real-time inventory analytics, AI-driven personalization; Banking – AI-based credit scoring, chatbots, blockchain-enabled processes, RPA, fraud detection; Telecom – 5G services, network optimization, automated customer support, IoT integration).
• Build business cases highlighting efficiency gains, cost reductions, climate benefits, and financing potential; craft buy-in narratives for C-suite decision-makers.
• Apply design thinking in discovery workshops and agile delivery sprints; iterate based on client feedback and market signals.
• Track sector-specific trends, benchmarks, and lessons learned from pilots.
