ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Candidate Development Representative , you’ll connect with potential candidates across the Americas, Europe, and India, guiding them through the recruitment process and helping build a strong talent pipeline. This role offers hands-on experience in IT recruitment, collaboration with an international team, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct full-scale outreach via LinkedIn and other channels to attract potential candidates;
  • Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles;
  • Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets;
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

MUST HAVES

  • 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, or lead generation;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+);
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes;
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment;
  • Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation;
  • Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • NICE TO HAVES

  • Prior experience with LinkedIn or other sourcing tools;
  • Knowledge of IT roles and terminology;
  • Experience with Google Sheets, CRMs.
